One-on-One Classroom Aide
Legacy is hiring a part-time elementary classroom aide (3.5 hours per day, Monday-Friday) to begin August 11 to provide one-on-one student assistance. The pay is $18 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass a background check.
Part-time Paraprofessional
The school is also hiring one, part-time paraprofessional (3.5 hours per day, M-F) to begin August 11. The pay is $15 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to support classroom teachers, pass a background check, and meet the State paraprofessional requirements, which include either having completed two years of college study (32 college credits), or earned an associate’s degree or higher, or pass the school’s State-approved paraprofessional assessment.

Spanish Teacher
Legacy Charter School is hiring a part-time, (3 ½ hours per day, M-F) educator to teach Spanish beginning in the 2025-2026 school year. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to support students in Spanish language acquisition, pass a background check, and meet Idaho State’s certified teacher or paraprofessional requirements. The pay for this part-time position is $32,500 per year if holding a valid Idaho teaching certification; or if uncertified, $25 per hour with the possibility of moving to $30 per hour after the first month as a paraprofessional. The school follows a 172-day modified, year-round school schedule, which includes a full-week break at Thanksgiving, a two-week break over Christmas and New Year’s, a two-week spring break, and a nine-week summer.
