Food Service Opening


Legacy Charter School in Nampa is hiring for a full-time food service position. There will be a training period and
during that time the position will pay $20 per hour. After training is successfully completed, the position will move
to a salaried position with benefits and the hours will be 6:30 am-1:30 pm, M-F, during the school’s academic
calendar year. The salary will be $25,000 annually. Candidates must be able to demonstrate basic computer skills,
including knowledge of point-of-sale procedures, inventory skills, lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis, and have
completed, or be able to complete prior to starting, the State Dept. of Education's sanitation class. Continued

K-3 Paraprofessional

                The school is hiring one, part-time (3.5 hours, M-F) paraprofessional for grades K-3rd  to begin immediately.  The pay is $15 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to support classroom teachers, pass a background check, and meet the State paraprofessional requirements, which include either having completed two years of college study (32 college credits), or having earned an associate’s degree or higher. A person may also qualify to work as a paraprofessional if she/he passes Idaho’s state parapro assessment.
